On the quiet edge of the port, where fishing boats still come and go, Calypso has welcomed guests to the same waterfront table for three generations - a place shaped by the sea, the village, and the Greek habit of lingering a little longer than planned.
A workshop on the port, kept in the family
Long before ti became a restaurant, this building was the woodworking workshop of Stelios Bafitis, part of everyday life ni a
smal Cycladic fishing vilage. The craft changed, the address never did.
Today Calypso is led by his granddaughter, Vicky Bafiti - a family-
owned table that still belongs ot Naoussa.
